I have a pair of new balance shoes that the inserts were getting very thin. Ordered these insoles, size 7 that is the same as the shoe size and they fit perfectly. They are comfortable and I am very happy with these inserts. These are liners and are not for arch support.

When I squeeze these insoles they do-not bounce back slow like memory foam but instead bounce back really fast like some other kind of foam. I bought the mens black 6mm size 11. They are very thick like 1/4 inches thick. I wasn't able to put them in my winter boots with any existing insole; And on their own they take up more room in my winter boots than my two previous thick insoles but I don't mind because I wanted more comfort and these do feel more comfortable; And I like that they are not like the typical memory foam I am using to [Where you press on it and it slowly bounces back]; This insole supports the foot better I believe because the foam material bounces back instantly so that support is there when your foot steps down again. I haven't taking my winter boots on a nature walk yet; I am concerned my feet will be too tight with these insoles but I do like these insoles because they are thick and comfortable. I didn't see anywhere on the insole or packaging where it says if they are 6mm or 8mm because I thought maybe they sent me the 8mm instead of the 6mm because these are really thick [I measured them just now and they are 1/4 inches thick or maybe just 1/16 of an inch less than that]. They are thick and will take up lots of space in your shoes/boots but they are comfortable; Not sure how long they will last or feel on my long nature walks; Still have to test them out. But I do recommend them especially for how thick they are, how comfortable they are [like expensive shoes], and how low in price they are. I gave it a 4 star because it may not actually be memory foam because to my knowledge all memory foam bounces back slowly [I've squeezed memory foam insoles at Walmart and they all bounced back slowly]; However these insoles bounce back immediately like it's not even memory foam; But whatever foam they are made out of it is very comfortable and has more support than memory foam that bounces back slowly.

I rarly write a product review but the inoles are the most comfortable I'V ever worn and a plus is that they come true to your shoe size so there os no cutting involved.

The cushioning is fine. The insole is about a half size too small.There was no explanation as to why my size was only available as "for women." Specifically searched for "mens" and that is what appeared until clicking on the size. Not sure if it is a vendor issue or an Amazon webs site issue.

The only thing I don't like is that these don't come in different sizes (s, m, l). Fortunately for me, I wear an 8 1/2 US, which is the size written on the insole. These were super cushy and fit my shoe perfectly. If you wear smaller than an 8 1/2 US shoe, these would be too large. They seem to be good quality. Hope they last a while!

I have many issues with my right foot from years of dance training. It makes it very difficult for me to find shoes that don’t hurt some part of my foot. These insoles are a game changer. They fit my shoe perfectly, the cushion is AHmazing ! I recommend buying a half size down from your shoe size and it should fit your shoe perfectly with zero bunching. I bought the 6mm and it provided tons of cushion. Had I went with the 8mm I’m afraid my shoe would have been tight. Thankyou, so happy I found these !

Las plantillas son muy cómodas. Yo las compré para usarlas con unas pantuflas porque las plantillas originales se fueron deformando hasta volverse incómodas. Éstas plantillas están mejor, más cómodas, son absorbentes, no guardan olores y no se deforman.

My running shoes were in perfect condition but the inner sole was disintegrating. Instead of getting new shoes the investment in new soles was worth it. They fit perfectly into the shoes and since they are memory foam make the shoes even more comfy than they were.
