I like the compact shape. The cable attached to the back of the phone is too short and does not fit snuggly into the space designed for it. That certainly an be improved. Also, why does the bottom half of the red light in the upper right hand corner light up and not the entire thing?

Easily connected to existing 30-year old wall plate. Handset is very light. Sound quality is adequate. Using in bathroom away from water. So far so good!

The sound is very high pitched. There is only ringed on or ringer off- no in between.

Excellent phone for the price. Good sound quality but I should have purchased one with a caller ID. Shipping was very fast! I kept it anyway because it was a good phone.

I bought this phone in case of power failure since it runs completely off of phone line power -- this also means that has none of the fancy features of electronic phones. It does not have a volume control. But it is fine for my intended use.
