Solved the terrible Nintendo Switch noise issue.
I'm running the headphones output of my Nintendo Switch into the stereo speakers on my computer desk. I had terrible interference and noise every time that the 2 devices were plugged into the same speaker and the Nintendo Switch was turned on. Simple audio mixers failed to solve the issue, but this did the job perfectly. Now I can keep the computer audio plugged into my speakers while also playing the Switch through the speakers' auxiliary input. Quick note about this setup: plugging the Aukey directly into the Switch failed to register as a headphone device for me. Plugging in a regular audio cable at the Nintendo Switch end, and using this Aukey device at the other end before entering the speaker worked for me.

NINTENDO SWITCH USERS
This is literally the only way to use both the Nintendo Switch and Discord on your computer at the same time. The Switch uses the HDMI port as its primary audio source when connected to a screen, so when using the Aux and HDMI at the same time, it makes a buzzing noise that will give you a headache.(What worked for me after many hours of frustration) The only special things I have about my multimonitor computer setup is, 1: My headset does have an option to plug with an Aux cable (doesn't have to be USB),and 2: My speakers on my computer have an Aux input for both a mic and headphones (so 2 places to plug in an aux cable "to the speakers").You will also need this device above, an aux splitter (2 male sides, one female), a normal male to male aux cable that you would use in your car, and most likely an aux cable extender. All of these are cheap and easy to use.1: Plug in your headset to the female side of the aux splitter.2: Plug in the mic side of the splitter in your computer somewhere (either the green slot in the back or anywhere it shows a mic can be plugged in).3: Plug in the hearing side of the splitter to your speakers. (likely that you will need an aux extension here since splitters are difficult to plug in one side to the computer, and the other all the way to the speakers)4: Plug in a normal Aux cable from your Switch to the "mic input on your speakers." Plug in the device above to either side of this Aux cable as well.If you label all of these cords it only takes a minute to plug in everything and is technically just 2 weird looking cords when they're all put together.

Solved buzzing/humming sound in car audio system
I stumbled across this ground loop noise isolator while trying to find a new bluetooth adapter for my car. I was experiencing a significant amount of humming/buzzing when using the 3.5mm aux audio jack in my 2008 Mazda 3 and assumed it was an issue with the bluetooth adapter. Turns out it's more likely an issue with wiring in the car itself (the Mazda 3 electrical system is not the best, from what I've read online).I placed this plug inline with my bluetooth adapter, took about 5 seconds to install, and completely resolved the humming/buzzing sound. It perhaps even boosted the volume and bass a bit (or maybe the volume and bass were handicapped by the car's wiring without this isolator).Really pleased with how simple and easy of a solution this was. I wish I had researched this sooner. Definitely would recommend it.

I have the worst setup imaginable
This works exactly as advertised. I have the worst setup imaginable: laptop and monitor on one side of the room, with a long audio cable running from the laptop to my stereo receiver on the other side of the room. I then Y together the headphone output from the stereo receiver and my guitar amp. Oh, and everything is plugged into different outlets. The hiss and noise and buzz was horrendous. I searched for solutions on the 'net, and found many articles suggesting a DI isolator, which cost upwards of $200-$300! I had little hope for this little gadget, but I figured for $9, what the hey. I plugged it in between my laptop audio out and the audio cable running to the stereo receiver, and BOOM! Hiss is gone. Noise is gone. Buzz is gone. Completely! If you're experiencing any ground loop noise issues, this thing really does the job.

Exactly what you're looking for. So glad I got it.
Thank God. I run a pc setup and have my PS4 running through a gaming monitor and I was running the audio from the audio output jack on the monitor into the audio input on my pc so that I could be watching Netflix etc. while I'm gaming and have all the audio run through my 7.1 headset. The problem was that I was getting that super loud feedback buzz on the line in. I would have to have my line in audio mixed super low so the feedback wouldn't drive me insane. I tried tons of different drivers and programs and even bought an external usb sound card to see if it fixed it. It did not.I bought this, plug it in between the monitor and my pc line in and head my headset on while I was doing it to see if I could hear the difference. Immediately the buzzing is finally gone. I jacked up the audio on my line in and finally, after years of frustrations, It is normal.AUKEY, you the real MVP.

Works with pro audio too!
I have a 258 seat auditorium I run at a University hospital (and all their other AV gear). When recording conferences in Panopto on the presenter desktop (really cool program for streaming/recording) I was getting this annoying high pitched tone. Tried lots of different options but didn't think to look at gamer forums like our 16 year old did...he complained of a similar issue and for $10 I got two! Fixed his Switch issue and fixed my recording issue. Value for the money is 100 stars for me!Also I'm using Windows 10 on a PC, this was one issue me and one of the IT staff couldn't google...I mean research. Not a lot out there on Windows 10 for audio issues.

Extremely Impressed
I have a late 2000s car which I absolutely love, with a wonderful factory sound system. The only problem was so much interference when using my aftermarket Bluetooth module through my 3.5mm AUX-in. It sounded horrible and was so annoying. This device has COMPLETELY solved the issue. I also added high-quality cables from my BT module to the Aukey device and then from that to the car's input. It sounds dead silent even at maximum volume.I also saw a few reviewers complaining about sound quality. Maybe they got defective units? I can't detect any change in SQ over a wide range of genres. This thing is GREAT. I am super pleased.
