I love this little tool. This is just what I needed. I have arthritis and have to use a walker so it is difficult for me to hold a broom to sweep. I occasionally need something to pick up crumbs I drop on the floor. This is so lightweight that I can easily use with one hand and long enough that I can reach the floor. Picks up the crumbs with no problem. Charges quickly. What impressed me...that has nothing to do with the product...The instructions on the box are all preceded by the word "please".

The original vacuum did not work. I contacted customer service, sent them a video of the non-working vacuum and they immediately sent a replacement. They followed up to make sure the replacement worked. I would buy this product again.

Suction power is pretty good, it does loose quite a bit when you use the attachment, which is kind of expected.The filter is a little annoying to clean, and the capacity is really small, but again that's pretty much expected.This is a fantastic option for cleaning in small segments, I am someone who does not like cleaning and bought this primarily for cleaning inside of my pc, but I would think "I could clean a bit more" while using it.

Was working well enough (I used it to pick up crumbs) until it decided to die. I was able to get maybe 4-5 months out of it. Thought the problem was just that it ran out of battery but after multiple attempts to charge it, it just wouldn’t turn on.

I am so impressed with this vacuum! As someone who reads tons of reviews & compares similar products, I can tell you that this is the vacuum you want to buy. I use it in my car & at home. The suction is super powerful, it’s not super loud & the battery life is excellent. I find myself reaching for this vacuum more than my cordless that’s meant for my home only. I was initially interested in the super cute pink vacuum that’s trending but am so happy I went with this one instead. Buy it! You won’t regret it!

I should have paid attention to the 1 star review. I followed instructions, waited for the device to be fully charged and nothing except sound. This has no suction power at all, it couldn't pick up light fluff from anindustrial carpet. I unpacked and tried it 3 weeks after the return window closed so a complete waste of money.

We have bigger and supposedly handier handheld vacs but I keep grabbing this one. It sucks pretty well in the house and sometimes in the shop! We also suck up wasps, bees (NOT Honey Bees) and flies. Battery holds hold well too. Solidly made, easy to charge, and easy to empty. Actually it is kind of sexy, tech-y, & cool.

I have kids. And its such a pai. To drag out the big vac just to clean a small area of crumbs. This is perfect. And i keep it on our table, and visitors didn't even know it was a vacuum! It holds a long charge. Easy to use for the smallest of hands. It is a bit noisy , but no big deal. Easy to dump out when its full. The stand /cap is easy to pop on amd off. Handy little friend.
