Great customer support
To start with I ran into a few issues with this press. Unsure if it was me or not regardless it was quickly resolved by the sellers. Although it's worth noting apparently Amazon filters my not allow Ur message to send so worth noting to contact the company direct they have great support.This is one of three times I have purchased from them and just really pleased to have help to hand.All in all this is a good little press easy to use and seems to distirbute heat well. The accessories work well to.Tbh I would happily make further purchase with these guys.The issue I had was with the timer on the control box when I changed the times it would stop the heat output. But once reset it resolved the issue. I use a handheld timer anyway so not really and issue

Doesn't heat to the correct heat, and has become very loss
This was a mistake to buy.It doesn't heat to the right heat we set to 150 for 180 and it doesn't stay at the set temperature, the whole thing has become very loss and I don't like using it.No point going to the seller as they just never cared when I emailed them.
