Has anyone used these inside of candles that have a real flame?

Yes. I just place the tea light over the wick. No problem.

How do I contact the seller. Disappointed some lights do not work?!

i don't know, i tried to contact the seller as well, had same problem as some lights would only change to 2 colors or even just one after awhile

So the base of these candles arewhite and the flame itself turns different colors but does not flicker, is that correct?

yes, the base of the candle is white and the flame can change to different colors.
