I had a prostatectomy at age 70 and I'm very active but have leakage during the day. I tried several products, Depends for men make me feel like too much bulk between my legs, and Attends for men were much better in that regards, but I went through 3 pads on days when I was active and worse they would fill and leak over before I knew it. In addition, both of them caused me to have a rash after a few months as the urine and moisture was against my skin constitantly.I finally tried these "Coloplast Manhood Pouches" and they are the key to me returning to my golfing, dancing, and exercise without worry. They are doing the trick. I did find after my surgery that my little guy was even littler than before and would sometimes slip out when I was sitting a lot and so found that if I tear the edges of the pouch a little (1/4 inch or less on both sides) that it would keep it from slipping out.The downsides are (1) expensive and Amazon does not carry them directly or allow subscription delivery and (2) can sometimes the sides are a little "scratchy", and I have to "adjust" them. but I repeat, if it wasn't for these pouches, I would not feel confident that I could go about my relatively active life style without them.

They are just ok. If you are incontinent this is not the product for you. My son is completely incontinent and i wanted something that he could pull on and off easy. Once you urinate in it it leaks out of the side. It does say that it holds 250ml, not sure it holds that much. My son is only 14 and maybe if he was older the results would be better. This is based on his usage.

I did not like the this product. The style is all wrong for male anatomy. The product is so-so. However the delivery of the product was on time and there were no issues. This time is just not for me. The mens Depend Guards are a better option for me. Thank you.

it is a little bulky but does a good job you could cut off the corners that are folded over.
