Wrong ones did not work!

Like the size and thickness. Not as easy to seal as some other bags. Once you get it sealed, it works well; but several times I thought it was sealed properly and then I could tell it wasn't sealed.

Ok. Based on reviews here are my suggestions. Buy it if you need to freeze items. Excellent.This cannot absorb or suck up moisture. It will stop working.The bags it came with are VERY hard to open and close. The opening in not wide, long, big?? Enough to grip to pull open. My thumbs don't do as I ask any more😑 so...Solutions.Open/ close- use a pair of flat needle nose pliers. You have to depress all the " notches " or air will come into bag. There are " lines " on the blue part of the bag. Make sure EACH ONE SNAPS/CLICKS CLOSED.LIQUID. These bags are washable and reuseable. BUT getting some foods rinsed out well, was a prob for me especially juices. I use produce bags to separate portions of meat or baggies, THEN I place those in the air lock bag, close and seal! No liquid gets sucked into the unit.

I originally purchased one of these sealers about 6 months ago. I liked that the battery was rechargeable and it seemed to work well. When it quit working I thought it was my fault because I thought I had accidentally sucked some liquid up into the unit while i was sealing some luncheon meat. I purchased another one which did not work at all from the start. So I returned it and ordered a replacement. The second one didn't work either when it arrived. I returned it for a refund. Now i am questioning of the original was actually just a defective unit also. I have purchased a different brand which seems to be working great. I will never purchase this brand again and will recommend not purchasing it to my family, friends, and anyone else that asks.

Thanks for your fast delivery service! Bags really work great. I do not own a fancy, newer model refrigerator/freezer, so having good freezer storage bags is important in order to avoid freezer burn on the food. I hope to be able to reorder when it is necessary. One of the advantages is that you can open the bags up after food has been stored, remove what you need from the contents, and reseal the bag! Hope to buy the graduated sizes when I order again. Time and money saver since food is properly stored.

4/22/2017 It works but takes awhile, the suction takes longer than a handheld manual pump (I use both). The unit turns on easily, due to the easily moveable ON/OFF switch. Takes the light touch so that sometimes it turns itself on in my backpack or luggage. Suspect the pump is laid sideways in a circular formation, takes longer to seal a Ziplock vacuum bag or a FoodSaver bag. RECOMMEND: Buy if you have time to spare.

This product is great! It does what it said. I was using a hand pump but this is so much better and quicker. And the recharging is very fast. I highly recommend this product.

As advertised, easy to use, well built, rechargeable, what more could you want

Good value, if it lasts.
