Remote control not working
Remote control is not working after 1 year, literally it didn't used it even for 3months, I used in 2021 summer and 2022 April l, in May suddenly it stopped working.Technician visited and said it costs Rs.3500/- for pcb board.Worst product from Tata

The Best Aircooler
Even after doing lot research online and reading through the reviews on amazon and youtube,I was still confused to buy best aircooler.so i thought to visit and buy them locally.i have checked Kenstar and Symphony air coolers Also. But ended up Buying Voltas Jet max 70T a week back.Literally in the month of April we are using Blankets in the nights because of this air cooler's Coolness.After using for some time, i switch it off in the afternoon also because of the coolness.Just follow the cross ventilation for better results.No Complaints at all so far.

Totally fed up
The media could not be loaded. The remote sensor of the product is not good with in 1yrs after the warrnty is over... cooler is not working even not start...don't know how...even the service men also don't know about it...n suggest for replacement..of the remote sensor.,which is quite costly....about Rs.3500/-.I really feel this is not a coolor rather then a Dust been.
