I started taking this Shilajit twice a day without doing exercise because I was lazy and tired after sleep. Now I am improving after using it for 5 days I am not feeling tired it boosts my energy. This is not pure shilajit. It seems to be adulterated and mixed with some other greasy resin or substance. I would not buy it again
