Original high-quality part
My only complaint is the packaging: Amazon used an envelope/bag to ship instead of a box to protect the hard plastic ends. Fortunately, it arrived it good condition.

order through Resmed
must be an old tube product. my equipment was issued to me 3 mts ago and doesn't fit my head gear/pillows. plastic ring at the end of tube will not fit in my new mask from Resmed. Just go through vendors you bought mask from.

Pricey
Pricey name brand, but I wasn't brave enough to try the cheaper ones and unfortunately it is a necessary part. I did have my old one for years before the tube split.
