Great for campgrounds, other large areas needing Internet coverage
I've been using these for a number of years now and they really do the job. Easy to set up, and simple to deploy. You can set the entire network up at home, make sure everything is talking to one another, and then load it all up when done. When you get to the installation site, just hook up the base units, hang the repeaters, power them on, and in a few minutes, network coverage over the area. I have some networks that have a dozen or more and as long as the geometry is good, i.e., the base unit is somewhere near the center of the network, there is good coverage. The only difficulty I've had is with an RV park - when it fills with big metal RVs, there are a lot of dead spots but nothing to do about that.

Easy to setup.
With the Cloudtrax admin panel, the setup for this is a breeze. You give the IDs of the devices, set your settings, and plug them in. They go out to the cloud and auto-downloaded the settings. Can't get much easier than that.I bought 4 for a church that needed 2 SSIDs, one public (throttled) and one private. The system is working great.

There are myriad of useless configuring options but no directions to connect to the ...
Lousy experience. The directions are incomplete and vague. I spent about 2 hours trying to hook this up in my home network, unsuccessfully.I got to the point when it is showed up on my network as an access point but how the heck does it connect to the internet? The instructions say "connect to the internet" but how do you actually do that when it does not see your router? There are myriad of useless configuring options but no directions to connect to the net. All I needed was an access point to take the internet from one room to the house to the other and none of the loads of fancy stuff that's listed on their "cloud" website. There is no 800 number to call and for help and I have given up--have returned it for a refund.

Penetrates walls
Thought it would decrease speed because of the hops, but am really satisfied with the coverage this little guy gives my apt. Would recommend to anyone looking to expand their network reachability indoors (with many walls in between).

Great with Facebook Wifi
The product is excellent especially for the Facebook check-in option. I plan on installing it in a restaurant to boost online presence.

Gotta love these dependable AP's
Gotta love these dependable AP's! The company even has really good support for them through the ticket type system they have on their website.

Five Stars
The Open-Mesh system is one of the best, and these units do not disappoint.
