Wish I'd bought this sooner! I have a meniscus tear that keeps locking and still waiting treatment. Had seen this cool pack but been undecided due to mixed reviews but then thought what have I got to lose, am in agony when knee locks out. Pack gives so much relief and cools my knee quickly and evenly. Thank you!

This is a very well designed product. It arrived well packaged inside a cardboard packaging from the brand itself with the below contents: 1. 2 x ice packs with integrated velcro straps 2. 2 x freezer bags 3. User manual The build quality feels great right out of the box. The two sides of the ice pack are of a different material - one side feels plush and the other is nylon. The gel filling is compartmentalised to maintain a balance across the pack and is generous (see video) which ensures a great cold compression and the weight feels just right - I've used other brands that don't have enough gel and they don't have the same effect. The velcro straps are thick and long so definitely feel like they're built to last. Their length should ensure there's no issue wrapping it even around the widest part of the leg. The freezer bags have a ziplock but time will tell how long these ziplocks last. The user manual suggests the below: Freezing times:- Less than 4 hours = 10 minutes 4-6 hours = 20 minutes More than 6 hours = 30 minutes Recommendation of use:- The user manual also recommends starting with the plush side for 10 mins and then switching to the nylon side. Warranty: Lifetime from the date of purchase I've been using it to treat an ankle injury and can't recommend this enough! It gets rid of inflammation and provides effective relief from pain.

Exactly as described with an extra long strap also a bag to cover it while its in the freezer stayed cold for a couple of hours

The ice works, but the velcro stopped sticking after about 2 weeks.

Great recovery product.. after playing sports I applied it as per recommended in the instructions leaflet in the package.. next morning I didn't feel any pair or inflammation that usually felt after playing sports at all. Great simple recovery tool.

This ice pack is by far the best one I’ve used. It has several great features that make it much easier and more comfortable to use than a typical ice pack. First, the straps are permanently attached to one side, so it’s very easy to secure in place and adjust the tightness exactly how you want it. Even better, one side has a soft, fur-like surface that allows you to place it directly against your skin without it feeling painfully cold or causing an ice burn. You get plenty of cold therapy without having to put a towel or paper towel between the pack and your skin. Another great feature is how flexible and articulated it is. It conforms well to your body, so you can actually walk around with it on your knee, sit at your desk, or relax on the couch while wearing it without having to constantly hold it in place. Overall, it’s extremely well designed, comfortable, and convenient. Definitely the best ice pack I’ve owned.

Llevo usándolo unos 10 meses y estoy sumamente satisfecho con esta compresa de frío. La calidad de los materiales se nota en el día a día: - Es muy flexible (incluso recién sacada del congelador) y la parte de felpa interior es súper agradable y suave al tacto con la piel. - Las tiras de velcro son anchas y fuertes; se ajustan perfectamente, comprimen muy bien y mantienen la banda firme en su sitio sin deslizarse, incluso tras meses de uso frecuente. Un gran plus a destacar: incluye una bolsa protectora con cierre zip específica para guardarla en el congelador. Es un detalle fantástico porque protege la tela de la escarcha y evita que absorba los olores de los alimentos. Un producto de 10, totalmente recomendable después de casi un año de uso 👍

I was having my second knee replacement and I was looking for an ice pack that would cover the patella and surrounding areas. This product has been my saviour! It has 2 sides one with plush for a more gentle cold and the other a plastic cover for deep tissue cold. I cannot use conventional pain relief and am limited to ice and paracetamol. I cannot recommend this ice pack highly enough. Great price as well!
