Men's Beefy Long Sleeve Shirt, 1 or 2 Pack

I love these shirts. It’s hard these days to find good quality shirts that will last a long time. Well, I found that in these. There thick and heavy so they should wear well and last a long time. There very soft and comfortable to wear. I ordered them in white and it’s a nice bright white. The sleeves are just a tiny bit longer but they still fit great. The shirt has a nice cut to fit your body nicely. There perfect to wear for any occasion whether with a pair of jean and some tennis shoes, or nice slacks, belt, and dress shoes. They come as a two pack and you can’t beat the price. I liked them so much I ordered several more and in several different colors.

Very satisfied with fit, quality, and material. Good sun protection. If you are wearing this while doing a lot of movement/activity, you might go one size up to give you more room.

Update: Jan2025: Frosty weather is washing over my normally toasty Southern state so I've been layering and sleeping in my Beefy T. I decided to order a few more so returned here to order and was astounded to see the shirt I'm wearing now was ordered 10 years ago! No, it's not worn every day, but still, it's endured many washings in various water temperatures. It has shrunk a tad though not severely. The thickness is still adequate, though I wish it was a tad heavier. I'd given it 4 stars before for it's only moderate thickness but think it merits that fifth star now. Recommended for layering, though I have worn it alone on occasion. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I saw these Beefy-T's mentioned, of all places, in a Consumer Reports review of sun screens. The report mentioned specialized clothing that comes impregnated with substances that inhibit UVA and UVB rays from reaching the skin and said while they seem effective that these Hanes T's also had impressive results though not designed for that purpose. Living in the sun-intense Southern U.S., that's something that concerns me and I tend to wear long sleeve shirts by preference anyway. I wanted something that could be worn casually with jeans without looking cheap and that would be durable without being too heavy in the heat. My first reaction, on opening the package was that they seemed less "beefy" then I'd expected and only modestly thicker than conventional material. My second concern is that while they fit well, though slightly less generous then I expected, that after several washings they might actually be a bit snug. Well, after several washings, shrinkage hasn't seemed a factor, though I do wash clothes in cold water and dry them at medium heat. Fit and finish are both good. For comparison sake, I ordered a similar T from LL Bean, a company with a reputation for rugged and durable clothing. That T was slightly heavier, slightly more generous in it's cut, and the stitching and finish were superior. But the cost was well over twice as much, making me realize what a great value these Hanes are especially at what seems to be their on sale price price for a two pack. Can I recommend them? I'll have to see how they hold up after repeated use and washings, but so far I think they make a great value for the price and can highly recommend them for value, comfort, quality and according to Consumer Reports, even great protection from the sun's damaging rays!

Nice quality, not super thick but not too thin either. I would say as far as sizing go with your actual size and do not size up. I generally like my undershirts a little bit baggier so I had ordered the large, but it was very long in the sleeves and shoulders. I ended up ordering the medium and the fit was much better.

I have some that are 15 years old and are now shop rags. I just recently bought 2 more. Looks like the quality is still the same. I've washed and worn 3 times now, holding up well! Still very comfortable.

Great value for money. Solid construction and long-lasting.

The weight is good, the fit is good, but the neck hole is giant which makes it look stretched and out of shape.
