What is the best way to use this product--cotton ball, wash cloth, fingers, or what?

I have rubbed it in Well w my fingers followed by wiping w Kleenex or facial cleansing wipe. It doesn't sting my eyes or cause my lashes to break. I love it!

Do I have to wash my face afterword? To me it seems so hydrated!

When I use the eye remover I pour just a drop or two on a damp cotton ball. I use a clean cotton ball for each eye. I go over my eyes, and then take a wet washcloth, and go over my eyes to get the remover off. This remover is so good, and I won't use anything else. I do not have to wash my face again. I do prefer the square cotton ball rather than the original round cotton ball. Peg
