I purchased as a gift for my son and his dog. They loved it but we did have an issue with play back. The company owner reached out and immediately rectified the issue. Great company to deal with. Please don't hesitate to purchase from them.

My son set up 3 buttons to start training his Mini Aussie. Within 4 days, the first button stopped playing. We fiddled with it to see if we could get it to work. It was shot. Then two days later, the 2nd bottom stopped working. It was really disappointing. The set was kind of pricey to just not work! We have had to use two of the buttons we were saving until we added more (the max of 6). So now, the maximum we'll have is 4....as long as none of the others stop working.

Disappointed and I’m happy that it came with a white button that does not work. Everything else is great

These buttons were easy to set up. No problem recording on them. But by day 20 something 1 button bit the dust. I decided it was a fluke....until day 36 when the second button quit working. It's very frustrating to try to teach Blue to use the buttons when they keep failing. These buttons do not stand the test of time. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Our dogs seem kind of interested but it’s only been a short time. Two of the buttons stopped working and I contacted the company. They responded with in a day and shipped me replacement buttons right away. I’m not sure my dogs are going to use them but it has given us more play time together which is awesome since our husky was a rescue and doesn’t really play often. Thank you

The media could not be loaded.  So the first button which was put down on Christmas day has continued to work. The second button (🟣) which I made his snack button has stopped working days after putting it down. It didn't even last a week. I replaced that button with (🔵). That worked for a couple of weeks and now that too has stopped working. So now I'm technically down to 4 buttons. And I'm almost willing to bet I'll have issues with the remaining 3.. This product is not living up to what I expected. The batteries are new so it's poorly made or just a cheap product.. 😤😤

Starting to use these talk buttons with my cat, he seems interested. Love the mat that comes with it and 6 seems like the right number of buttons to start with.

I purchased from UK and im in Australia. Delivery was fast. I was super excited to get these. Unfortunately several of the buttons don't work and one of the ones that did work one day later was faulty. Im disappointed with the quality of product.
