Huge hit!
These were so cute and a huge hit for my cat obsessed 6yo. We did them on cupcakes from the store and saved money but still had a super cute party! You can save the after and wipe off the toothpicks if desired. Great buy

Old and Dirty!
These are all discolored and the cutouts show black outlines like someone just printed them on a printer and hand cut them. The paper seems sturdy but all of them are slightly curled. The glue is old and many of them are falling off the picks. The back of them is discolored and dirty. I would not put these on cupcakes as intended...my daughter is really disappointed. Overall NOPE...too gross to put on party food.
