Very effective and seems non addictive.
I had to take the maximum dose that it recommends to feel anything at all and it's very mild but it does work especially after the 5th day. It has an English language instructions taped onto the back of it which say 60 mg is the maximum daily dosage and not to take it more than 3 months in a row.
