I so wish I had found this blanket sooner. I am a very hot sleeper (I’m talking saturated bed sheets hot!) and have suffered so many sleepless nights this summer. I was sceptical when I ordered this but have been turned in to a true believer since I first put it on my bed.The blanket feels delightfully cool when you first get in to bed and I have drifted off to sleep at a comfortable temperature every night since. I have even woken up cold once which was totally unexpected! I also have the pillow cases. I initially though it a little expensive but for the sleep filled nights I am having it’s worth every penny.I never write reviews so by doing this shows how impressed I am.

omg what can i say?! Apart from the fact its perfect! After yet another bad nights sleep in this hot weather I saw this item, very much an impulse buy but WOW! Such a good one! I was using a sheet but it is too light and I kept getting caught up in it, this blanket is slightly heavier and has a slippy cool side which really does cool me down. The other side is like a t shirt material. I got the single bed size, as my hubby will just roll on it and I get pinned in! This feels great, I often wake up in the night cold under the sheet then i pull on a blanket then im awake because i get too hot again. I think this will be a useful addition to my summer must haves! Finally a full nights sleep might be on the cards! Woo hoo!

Bought this in August, couldn't bear the hot nights and my hot flashes any longer! OK so it doesn't eliminate the flushes but it feels so much cooler than our normal duvet/ sheets against my skin - throw it to one side and once hot flash has passed, it feels like a cool compress and certainly aids getting back to sleep. Seems to wash well at 30 degrees, I have line dried it in the summer, although towards the back of the airer mostly out of the sun. I use non bio to wash, hems intact still, and a 2nd one is on my Xmas list!

I bought this because I am at a certain age where my body is not being kind to me...especially at night when I want to sleep.... and I can honestly say it works!!! It is such bliss to be cool in bed. It is lightweight so you don’t really know it is on you but boy do you feel it. For the last 2 nights I have slept like a baby and it is amazing. I love it!Yes, it is a bit pricey but if you are like me and resemble a radiator on full all night then it is definitely worth it.An extra bonus is if you start to feel a bit chilly (very unlikely in my case) then just turn it over and it feels warm.Highly highly recommended.

The problem I have is that a duvet makes me really hot in the night but need something around me to sleep. I was hoping that this blanket would allow me to replace my duvet however it didn't as it was too lightweight, so what I've had to do is use a duvet to cover my feet and legs and use this blanket to cover my top half which gets warm (Yes i know I'm very fussy sleeper!!)I got the larger size which I'm really glad I did as the single size would be too small for me. (even with the duvet)I would probably rate this higher, however at £31 its very overpriced especially as the fabric has started to bobble (I've washed it at 30oc about 5-7 times).
