Albion chelated minerals are the best, but I have to dock Bluebonnet one star for making such large pills. I have some trouble swallowing pills, so I'll give these to my sister who uses this brand all the time. For me, it's back to LifeZone. Their caplets include vitamins with Albion chelates, and I have an easier time swallowing them.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing.These pills are the biggest I’ve ever come across and being so hard edged, they go down hard. I have managed to, literally, choke down two of them. The serving size is 3 per day!! There’s no way I will continue taking these. I’m sorry I wasted my money.

I am very impressed with my Blue Bonnet multimineral supplement, I have been taking these for about a month now, and feel wonderful. My sugar cravings have dissappered, which makes a huge difference in how I now feel. The chelation process that Blue Bonnet uses makes all the difference, it makes the body's uptake of the minerals much more easier, and the more uptake the more minerals the body can use. Minerals can be extremely hard to assimilate, so thumbs up to you Blue Bonnet, your the best!!!!

I was searching for a comprehensive supplement that would provide vitamin/mineral nutrition in healthy ratios. However the retail store price for this same item was cost-prohibitive. Thanks Amazon, for making high quality products more affordable.

I feel that hair growing more quickly with this productI use both with iron and without iron..Iron one as i think it causes a headache to me .. so i recommend the NONIron one.

These things are solid colossal horse pills and not scored. I don't usually have a hard time swallowing things, but since they have a rough cornered edge, they don't go down easily. "Caplet" does not seem to describe these, and they are definitely not easy to swallow. But that is my only complaint about them, and as long as you've got some water to chug afterwards it's fine.
