I purchased this item during my postpartum. When the product arrived I thought it was way too much and I soon discovered it was the perfect amount. You go through so many pads during postpartum recovery. The quality is great and they aren’t uncomfortable.

For those women who have given birth, we all know the importance of an adequate & reliable sanitary napkin, post-partum ... aka, Maternity Pads. These pads are absorbent and with great coverage, and the price is 'right'. For those first-time mothers who weren't told about the need for such a 'pad' after she delivers her baby. let me enlighten you ... they are necessary! Maternity pads are larger than menstrual pads, which is appreciated post-partum (not only for their absorbency but for their comfortable coverage of the perineum, post-episiotomy. Women in our lives often forget to share this type of info with first-time mothers, which leaves us unprepared after we deliver our babies (at an inconvenient time) ... luckily, we have Amazon Prime in today's world! In the past, we sent our husbands to the drug store (post-partum, after we learned that we needed such a pad), only for our men to return home embarrassed and with the incorrect product ... Aaacck!! Amazon and Amazon Prime has made our lives much easier. Back to the topic (the product), this really is a great version of this 'must have' item. And when I had to have a c-section with my 3rd child, I even used these pads to cover my horizontal c-section incision so that my panties' waist-band wouldn't come in direct contact with my sensitive incision-line ... the pad created a cushion between my panties and incision.

These are a joke. They definitely do not match the size in the description. They are barely 2 inches wide.. like really.. what are they going to do for someone during postpartum. I think this seller should have their selling privileges revoked for false advertisement. I’m returning

These are nice but not bigger than the Always Overnights I use currently so while they are comfortable I was really looking for something bigger that could hold more.
