I buy these because I love the sturdy buckles. We have never been disappointed. Our dogs wear wireless fence collars all day and we remove them when the dog doors are locked and they are tucked in at night. So the buckles are important because that's on and off every day. I ordered one when the original product's buckle broke on one of our dog's collar. I was so impressed that when we purchased new wireless monitors I bought these collars for both of our dogs! The fabric is soft but thicker and is durable as well. Our dogs are large breed and extra large breed.

I've actually bought quite a few of these now. I have 2 dogs and they're contained by an invisible fence. This brand hasn't actually failed me yet with broken buckles, which is why I keep buying them - but they do seem to wear out relatively quickly, with frizzed ends and the color fades terribly fast. That said. I keep buying them because they do stay attached, and that's important - I've had other brands fail at the buckle, then my dogs eat and destroy a $300 electronic receiver.

This collar is just what I needed for my dog.

I just purchased an Aetertek training collar for our new pup, she's a bit on the selective hearing side! The collar that came with it was a plastic, buckle style collar, which is ok, unless you have a pup that likes to wiggle and squirm! At one point I thought I was wrestling an alligator?! I figured there had to be an easier solution! So I found this easy quick snap-on collar and couldn't be happier! I did have to take about 4 inches off because it's pretty long, and still had plenty extra for growth. The hole placements were not an issue for me as the collar threads over the top of the receiver. Now, no more fighting and wrestling my pup to put her collar on.......snap! And it's on! Getting her to hold still for the picture was another adventure! Can't say she's very happy about it, but I sure am :) Good replacement, would definitely purchase again.

Material is slick causing it to loosen easily while on the dog.
