This Set is Sturdy, easy to use, & keeps your eyes trained on the chart line
The Clover Pattern Chart Marker Set (made of polypropylene and magnets) is just what you need to help keep your place in your chart. It is really easy to use by just opening said marker, placing it on the chart, and then closing the two sides together. I had to move it up and down to find the right line, and then it was perfect. The attached magnets make it easy to move the marker as you work on the pattern and need to view a new line. The colors (blue and green) make the markers stand out enough so they easily catch your eye to find your chart line quickly. The space allotted to see your chart is more than enough. I could see 2 lines of my (very) small beading chart. I feel like this was better than keeping it too small or trying to cram 1 line into a tiny amount of space.• My one critique of this marker (if I had one), is:It would be nice to have some sort of an additional sliding marker along the horizontal axis to further mark your progress. This would be beneficial when needing to stop in the middle of a row, or if working on a complicated project to be able to mark the spot you stopped at.Ultimately, I am very happy with this purchase. I waited a long time to purchase this because there wasn't much information out about it. I've tried many different things in the past for marking my charts/patterns (sticky notes, other magnetic boards, cut my own marker out of paper, etc...) but non of these methods worked well. After seeing and handling this product, I would definitely recommend it to other crafters who deal with charts and have trouble finding their place in the pattern.*As a side note, I'm currently using one as a book mark until I need it for a new project! 👍🏼

Where has this been?!?
Why did I not know this existed? This is simple and brilliant! I can walk away from a project and know right where I was when I come back. I can easily follow the pattern with a glance instead of struggling to find my place. I can even mark my page in the book. It's a bit fiddly to get used to, just because it's a thinner plastic with magnets in it. You can't just slide this up and down a page effortlessly. (It also won't slip on its own.) It's easiest to open it and move it if you're moving sections, but you can slide it up or down a row with minimal effort. I can't think of a way to improve this product except to offer more colors or a bulk pack! It's wonderful and worth every penny. I hesitated to buy this because it seemed like an unnecessary accessory. I guess it is, but it actually saves me time and frustration. I wish I'd bought it when I first saw it. If you make amigurumi, doilies, clothing, or any complicated patterns, I think it's worth having.

First impressions...
I haven’t used this yet while working on a pattern, but I opened it up and put it on a chart to get a feel for it. The shorter marker is the width of a regular sheet of paper, so it will help when stitching across. The longer marker is the same height as a sheet of paper, so it will help if stitching vertically. The view windows in the middle of the markers allow you to see two lines of squares at a time on the pattern chart. The makers are a bit flimsy and you do have to line the magnets up to make sure your viewing pane is straight, but they do seem to be made of good quality materials overall. Ultimately, I’m hopeful it will be a great help, so I don’t have to mark my patterns up to keep my place. I will try to remember to update the review once I’ve used it for a project.

Great for latch hook patterns
I love these! They're perfect for latch hook patterns. The small one fits most medium to small project pattern charts, and the larger one fits the big ones. They're super easy to use, and easy to move down a row without having to open up the magnet part. You do need to move the back section every 4 rows or so, as that seems to not glide quite as well as the front. But I love how much easier it is to figure out what row I'm working on.They hold well, I can lift up the pattern paper and move it around on my workspace without worrying I'll lose the row they're marking. I love them so much I bought a 2nd set for myself, and recommend them to my other crafty friends.

Magnets aren't strong
They're fine if your pattern is only a typical sheet of paper, but if you have a thinker pattern, the magnets don't hold.

clover pattern chart magnetic gauge place marker.
this is a handy tool, the price is right and the size is as shown. Handy when you have a pattern that fits the size of font you need for it. Personally, If I have time, I rewrite the. pattern in very large print and that actually works better for me. If you have good eye sight this is the one for you. It is well made and easy to use

Use it for latch hook patterns!
I had thought these were just for cross stitch, or other crafts like that, but I do latch hook, and they are great for those patterns too!

Great for keeping track
I bought these magnetic pattern holders for a different purpose i bought them to keep track of names and addresses of cards I make a my Churchill came across these when i typed magnet book marks and was like these are exactly what I’m looking for because the magnetic book marks were not as long as I thought so these pattern magnet holder are great for also keeping track of a page of names and addresses for making cards

Marqueur de ligne crochet
Utiliser pour suivre mon diagramme de crochet notamment en voiture. Très pratique, dommage cependant que les aimants ne soient pas assez fort.
