is there a bracket I can purchase so that I can mount this horizontally with screws?

Yes - there are several styles available for every SC (standard cylinder) model. For one example of horizontal, google "SC63-LB" Trimantec has them for about $3 each. The sc63-fa might work also. Amazon has some other options - look up "ca-63 Foot Flange" or cb-63. You should double check the measurements, but all SC cylinders (same with sda etc) are supposed to have the same specs within the same bore size, so you don't need to get one specifically for a brand. If you're not using the 63 bore size, replace it with 50 etc. (sc50-lb)

Does the cylinder come with push connectors as shown?

No it doesn't come with anything

does anyone know if this cylinder's pressure is adjustable? is that what those screws are on each end by the air fitting?

Pressure any cylinder is regulated by a pressure regulator, the screws you see on the cylinder are to adjust the cushion at the end of stroke
