FOR THE PRICE AND FUNCTION...EXCELLENT. HOWEVER, ONE HAS TO CHOP ONION IN 4 QUARTERS, ..VERY IMPORTANT.. FACE SIDE DOWN. NOT THE SIDE. IF YOU PLACE ON SIDE, CUTTER HAS DIFFICULTIES CUTTING THROUGH. MUST PUT QUARTER ON FACE DOWN CUT SIDE DOWN, AND IT WILL CROP THROUGH WITH EASY. IF IT DOES NOT CROP 1) THE ONION PIECE IS TO BIG OR 2) YOU ARE CUTTING ON THE WRONG SIDE FOR EASY CHOPPING. VERY WELL MADE. LAST, IT IS LABORIOUS TO CHANGE BLADES , 1 OF 3. I KEEP THE SMALLEST ONE ON AND BE DONE WITH IT.

Well Built and Easy to Use
I needed to cook a meal for fifty people and I wasn't looking forward to chopping so many onions, so I got a machine to do the job. And it was the right way to go. I looked at some of the cheaper plastic options, but they seemed too flimsy. I needed something bigger and sturdier. This chopper did a great job. It chopped the onions quickly and efficiently. And cleaning it was a breeze. I highly recommend this chopper.

Very Nice Product!
I have owned at least three other variations of a potato fry chopper over the past ten years. This version is the easiest and fastest to clean and use. The downwards lever chop is far superior to the horizonal choppers. The unit appears high quality and has a one piece frame that maintains a steady leverage on the downward thrust without any movement or flexing of the chopper on the counter. Blades are high quality and easy to clean with a few extra individual replacement blades for each size.
