Doheny's Harris ProForce 1 HP Above Ground Swimming Pool Pump, 115V, Single Speed ((0.9 THP))

Hayward pump went bad after 4 years. Internal corrosion, etc. Could've rebuilt for about 90 bucks. This works well, quieter even when my Hayward was new. Even though my Hayward was only 3/4 hp the output was a bit more. More productive impeller? Not sure. But the difference is not huge. Its just a bit less. Hayward ran pressure in sand filter housing at about 12lbs. This one is hangs around 10 lbs. Hayward had a switch on the pump itself but I never used it so don't miss it. Fit perfectly on my Hayward stand too. Hayward replacement twice as much. Its a no brainer.

This pump is the truth. The water that comes out makes more noise than the pump, i love it great investment No noise and work great.. .. Had to come back and say the pump crapped out lol.

So pleased with the seller and our purchase. We weren't expecting the part until sometime between the 23rd and 27th and it arrived the next day. All hooked up and works great!

Like the pump. Noise level is low. I thought it is an excellent value for the price. I would like to have a filter rather than a basket.

We bought this for our 21 foot round above ground pool. The hardest part was disconnecting the old pump which by the way was so loud it was difficult to converse around the pool. Once we had the old pump disconnected, it was super easy to install and lined up perfectly with all our connections. This is the quietest pool pump we have ever owned. We have only had it a few weeks but so far is working great.

This pump is very powerful, good pressure,easy to clean and very quite. No leakage and very well cased from weather elements. Very affordable and shipped quickly. Keeps my pool very clean

It's only been a few days since I've had the pump but so far so good. The pump arrived earlier than expected so that was great. The installation took less than 10 minutes. I needed extra attachments so that it fit my hoses, luckily I had some on hand, but it was so easy to swap out. The pump is extremely quiet. Just a tip for first time buyers like myself, you will want a base to attach this to. I didn't get one yet myself but I will.

Quiet as a church mouse. Yet roars like a lion regarding suction and the ability to circulate the water. If I didn't see the water rippling, I would think it wasn't on. Price is unbelievable at half the price of a Hayward.
