These earring backs are very comfortable. I've gone back to wearing earrings after many years. After wearing one set of backs for a few days they become loose and fall off. You'll need to replace them regularly so even though they're cheap they are actually disposable so not as good a deal.I do like them though but will be careful not to wear the same backs for too long as I already lost one earring!

I bought a set of these to replace the inevitable missing earring backs. Now I like them so much, I'm buying more to replace the earring backs that aren't even missing. These are just so much more comfortable and easier to use than traditional metal style curved earring backs. They also feel more secure than the ones with the plastic disk surrounding the metal post holder. Depending on the size of the earring post, those plastic disk ones don't always fit well. These, being silicone, seem to grip, no matter the size of the post. They're also comfy against the back of my ear, and big enough to handle easily in my fingers--not like those itty bitty little bits of plastic/silicone tubes designed to secure a fish-hook-style dangling earring post. I lose those tiny things faster than anything. Depending on the thickness of your earlobe, and the length of the earring post, you could use these in a way where the metal post doesn't stick out at all, so it's comfy to lay down or sleep with a stud-style earring still on. For me, if I push the earring back as tight as I can, most of my earring posts will still stick out. I tend to put these on to the point where the metal post is even with the back, so I can't feel the metal post at all if I bend my ears back. There's enough silicone material gripping the post for it to feel very secure. FWIW, I looked at some other sellers with a similar product, but the measurements are all smaller than this one. I'm sticking with this and ordering more.

They are great for a substitute, but not for a permanent solution. they will work their way off the post and you will still loose the back and the earring. They are great to sleep in, but that is when I kept losing them.

The only kind I use- so easy

Works well for my toddler and keeps earrings from poking her. They don't stay on the best, though if using on babies....she can get them off pretty quickly.
