Everything works, it is fast because we have Xfinity, no slag in full time online school and games have a quick response time.

we use it for work and unfortunately it has given us issues.. we believe the graphics card came faulty which we took it to repair.. asus did not covered everything even though its under warranty. Now, after the repair which seemed was successful the tower appeared with another issue. Asus customer service is so slow and wont provide help. Update: they literally said they cannot help and are literally so useless. They will send you to Best Buy under their warranty and claim it’s covered. Best Buy will say it’s not and have not been working with them since the pandemic. We go back to them and refuse to help us, no refund, nothing. We are $500 down and still no help from them. EVEN THOUGH our computer is still under their warranty AND PLUS we bought and extra warranty after asus ran out. They are also useless, but that’s another story. I would never ever buy from Asus again. Rather build your own computer, get it under your insurance and will have better success if anything comes faulty. UPDATE: so turns out the parts are cheap too - specially the fans! Which led to an overheat of the hard drive. That’s what the Best Buy “totally not covered by Asus insurance” told us. So we paid outta pocket for all the faulty parts the computer already CAME WITH. I still stand that it would be 100% cheaper and better for you to learn how to build your own PC, get it on insurance and never buy a pre build PC tower from Asus. We also made the mistake of buying an extra insurance (the one Amazon offers) which did also not came through. Do not buy it either, they suck.

Purchased system to upgrade my 12 year old one. works as described and overall design is beautiful. Couple reasons its not a 5 star. first is startup is infinitely slower then my 12 year old system. Fans are also louder, but don't run constantly. when they do kick on the sound it very noticeable. my other qualm isn't a huge issue as i have my Corsair set. Just don't expect the keyboard and mouse that are shown in the product images. The ones that come with the system are standard base products without LED Lighting

This is a great gamer computer or for your home office. I use it as both.

I installed a new win10 on another drive Checked the wifi speed to be about 5MB download speed but after disabling this wifi 6 ax201 internal card, i use an external wifi adapter and it displays about 50MB download speed. So what did i do wrong? or is there something i didnt know?

I will NEVER buy a prebuild PC again! If you have ever built a Gaming PC and are thinking " I don't want to put up with the troubles of building a PC this time" FULL STOP! This "thing" is nothing but trouble. The cooling fan is a death trap, but if you put in a real cooling unit the case is so small you will have to make modifications. The power button wasn't connected and half the USP ports don't work. Now Asus wants me to take it to Best Buy for tech support.

6mo Motherboard went out, Asus would not honor the 1 year manufacturer warranty because it was from a 3rd party that had bought it from Best Buy and re-sold it. DO NOT BUY 3rd party electronics from Amazon or you risk not having a warranty. And oh yeah, I bought and extended which does not kick in the first year. Will never buy anything of real value form Amazon again.
