The pink color is adorable, and it really looks like a real remote
I recently got the LeapFrog Violet's Learning Lights Remote for my little one, and it has quickly become a favorite! The pink color is adorable, and it really looks like a real remote, which makes my child feel like they’re just like mom and dad. What I love most is how it introduces early learning concepts like numbers and shapes through fun songs and sounds. With over 65 tunes and audio responses, it keeps my toddler entertained while also learning. The pretend play aspect is fantastic; my child enjoys "surfing" the channels and discovering new things.Overall, it’s a delightful toy that combines fun and education perfectly, and I appreciate how it helps develop fine motor skills too. Highly recommend it for any parent looking to add a bit of learning to playtime!

Lots of fun, educational, and my toddler loves it.
We got this for my son because he kept taking our remote controls. We gave him a few older ones with the batteries taken out, but that's boring and I wanted him to have something more interactive. He took to it immediately. I love how it lights up with different shapes and colors, and identifies colors, shapes, numbers, etc. while he's playing. It's fun to point out to him, and sing along with the different songs that play. Unfortunately, he's really hard on his toys (throws EVERYTHING), and after about 6 months the remote is already showing signs of failure. The songs/noises skip, stop playing, and it has to be reset constantly. But he loves it, and it's cheap enough that buying another one isn't a hardship. I would think a child's toy would be sturdier than that; don't most toddlers throw their toys? But I don't necessarily hold it against the toy that my kid treated it like a football and spiked it every chance he got!

Superb Choice for Interactive Toy for Toddlers
Excellent toy for one year old toddlers and older. My Grandson loves TV remotes and it had become somewhat of a problem. This toy is his very own remote and he will gladly trade off to get his remote instead of playing with the TV remote. The Leapfrog is full of lights and sounds which respond to a variety of buttons. The best part is the educational aspect of the toy. It is full of counting songs, shape recognition and a variety of educational concepts. All in all, it is probably the best of all toys we have gotten him. He never seems to tire of it and the educational content should will be appropriate for up to 3 or 4 years of age. As much as he plays with the Leapfrog, the first set of batteries are still going strong months later.
