Started using these in Europe- so good for lower back aches after skiing- bought them as a gift for someone w neck pain, they loved them. Pack is well worth the money, will last you well. Stay heated well after the 8hours- their neck felt so much better the next few days. It’s no remedy for serious issue but it sure provides relief and they were happy for days after. Great brand good stick. Warm up really quickly after application All the different areas are worth purchasing too. Plus you don’t end up w smells from heat rub etc on you or your clothes

These heatwraps stand up to their advertising claims. Yes, they last 8 hours when applied to the skin (and the heat is deep but gentle, without any prickly sensation that some patches have) and yes, the heat lasts another 6-8 hours once the patch is off. No methol smell like other patches (I've tried most!) or creams. The downside is the price, so I use these when my pain is higher than usual. I have noticed, though, that the smaller Joint Wraps don't have the same heat power, nor last as long. Too bad as their size and maneuverability is a plus. I just make the neck ones work in other areas; they stay in place well. Going to try the back heatwraps next! These were a good find!
