Great Anchor
I use these to bolt down gun safes. They work and hold great. The nice thing with these is that you can back them out easy if needed unlike expandable anchors.

One Time Install
Even though I gave it 5 stars, only negative is the these can bore out your predrilled hole. Install it and try not to remove it once installed.
