Double-Sided Keyless Gate Lock Mechanical Keypad Lever Lock, OR Bronze

You can't beat the customer service that Jounjip provides!! 4 years after my purchase, i was able to reach them in the late afternoon on an urgent basis and by the next day they had shipped to me what I needed to repair the locking system. The company's support and staff are Incredible.

I love my new gate. I'm an artist and my studio is in the back. I have interns coming and going all day long. Having this gate lock was imperative. I love the code on the inside an outside. I wish I could change it more easily without taking it off. My installer programmed this one so I'd have to get instructions to change it. I put the fence and gate up in May of 2023, and just this month 2022 January the gate stopped locking itself when shutting. If I go and press Y it will lock- however that defeats the purpose and I'm feeling a bit vulnerable. I really do love this lock, please note you need another part to put it in the gate. I contacted the company to see if this can be fixed, and I can change my review. Also, I paid someone to install it because it required some welding on this new gate. In hindsite I should have had them do a plate over the outside so no one could jimmy it through the metal. I love it, if it would work, just a little frustrated right now. Update- I contact the company and I have to say it is the best customer service I have ever seen. They wanted to be sure I was safe, they emailed, they called. They kept at it until I felt secure again. If there were another star I could give this company I would. I will never buy anything like this from another company. INCREDIBLE! Side note, the problem was an easy fix.

We did a lot of research and thought we found the best lock for our metal gate. We ordered it. It arrived fine. When trying to install it, it was so difficult and one little piece broke (a screw extension). The code setting is not easy. The springs that are associated with that little area, can fly off if not careful and good luck finding it. It took us 5 to 6 hrs of pure frustration and no matter what we tried, it was not working. The handles would get stuck and we thought we successfully installed it. We couldn’t open it from the outside but the handle would rotate anyways, it took 2 people with different levels of patience and it all lead to both of us saying “f this”. Unfortunately we had to return it. It’s not as practical and sturdy as it looks and sounds.

So purchased two sets of these level keypad locks, and to be completely honest I had some trouble with install (not a real DIYer) called customer service, they were johnny on the spot, called me, sent video links, texted me to following up. Had Locks installed for a year or more, no issues, lots of use, started to have a few minor issues, sent Jon from customer support a text, him was amazing at helping me over text, phone, sent out parts to fix quickly at NO CHARGE, this happened a couple of times. I after several years of use one handle needed to be replaced, in talking with Jon again he gave us a discount to purchase a new better design, wow so easy to install, much stronger internals, decided to purchase new set for the other door, one of the new keypads had something going on inside that Jon was on happen with (over facetime support help) he sent out replacement, no charge. I cannot give this company, Jon, their product enough praise, you could find other products here but to will not find a better product with this level of customer support and service, I am and will be a customer for life.

Hard to reset

This is a viable alternative to the more expensive lockley version. All the same features with the same sturdiness. Customer service is beyond excellent. I had some difficulty installing due to the odd nature of my gate box, but got someone on the phone immediately to walk me through it. Got to love small businesses. Amazing customer service. They stand by their product. Helped me when I had an issue with the lock. The springs in the lock are a little funky and could be better constructed but over all I would buy this again bc they were quick to respond.

I really wanted this so be a solid product and for 3 years it was. However one lever stopped working. I took it apart and cleaned and lined it but still no luck. 3 years of use for a door lever really isn’t great (we set it to not need a code). Stick the name brands if you want longevity. This one is a pass if you want something that lasts.

The product seems great. I couldn't use it because it didn't fit my door. Returned.
