Having read previous reviews I understood that there would be pain, however, some said it would get better but NO.... I think it's gotten worse... I persevered every day for 4 days for 10 minutes and can't bear it!I feel like I've completely wasted my money.

An MRI has recently diagnosed my foot pain as severe plantar fasciitis. From the first time I used these foot massage inserts I felt relief and healing. For the first week I kept the support sock on and made sure I had thick socks on. I placed the insoles in comfortable flat shoes and sat down with my feet flat on the floor. I worked up to standing for a short time and eventually walking a little (like for making a cup of tea). After 2 weeks I could remove the support sock and now after 3 weeks I can walk in them in ordinary socks (only little walks). My uninjured foot enjoys the insoles too. When I sit at my computer desk I use the insoles. I highly recommend them for tired aching feet. I feel they have complemented the physiotherapy recommended by my Podiatrist and that they are really helping heal my severe plantar fasciitis.

These are amazing!!!! I have RA and deal with restless leg. My feet and legs are constantly tingling and go numb. Putting these in my shoes makes it feel like the pressure points in my foot are continuously triggered giving me ongoing relief. They do initially hurt a bit, but in a good way if that makes sense to those that experience regular foot and leg pain. I’m super impressed with the quality and how they feel so far. Actually getting some sensation and circulation increasing just a bit after a short time of wearing. Hoping improvements continue long term!! Definitely happy with the purchase!!(Note: I am a true 7.5 women’s and ordered a 7.5. They are spot on with sizing).

Es sind zwar wirklich kleine Steine und anfangs etwas schmerzhaft, aber mittlerweile trage ich sie gerne auch mal eins zwei Stunden und auch beinahe täglich…passen in Chucks, sneaker, boots, Hausschuhe…Füße und Beine fühlen sich danach wieder wach an

put in pair of slippers or sandals and stand for several minutes - feels great on the feet. Tried to walk - don't recommend that - or at least do just very short walks across a room - but does feel great on the feet. It is great relief.

Cercavo da tempo un dispositivo del genere!Non so dire se alla lunga avrò qualche beneficio però il massaggio al piede è gradevole! Non fanno male anche se i rilievi si sentono!Una goduria camminare con queste solette❤️
