the drone is fun but a gear came loose pretty quickly. If you don't mind making a hobby of repairing your toys, then that's fine - but I expected it to last longer before I had to start tinkering.

When the item arrived I unpacked it and thought it was simply appeared to be geared toward a pre-teen/early teen age group. IF the video was in fact HD quality the lack of any stabilization system renders the camera VGA quality at best. Having flown many quadcopters before I was surprised at just how difficult it was to maintain a stable altitude in any kind of breeze. I would theorize the difficulty was due to the barometer sensor receiving false input from the wind, but something to keep in mind if you plan to fly in close quarters outdoors. On the plus side, it did seem to be fairly durable after a few soft-ish crashes.The battery life is about average for this price range (6 min) so really can't complain too much. The android app was ok, it only locked up once on me but the controller was on hand to take over. The range was a little disappointing (100') as well but honestly about average in this price range.Summary: I believe the manufacturers suggested age group would quickly outgrow the novelty of this "Toy" within a week if not sooner. My advice, save up for a DJI Standard they're only a little more...you won't regret it for a second, The DJI's are easier to fly, addictive, give breathtaking STABLE video, stay in the air 4x's longer and can go miles away.

One of the most indestructible copters around; wow it takes a beating (if you crash into things) and keeps on ticking. Remote Control is a bit tricky but you'll get used to it with some practice. Hovers nicely right when you hit the auto-button lift off. Battery lasts about 5-6 mins with the camera and without the camera, maybe 7 mins. Not the great time but for the money, not bad. Needed to buy a couple extra batteries for more time to fly. Excellent novice copter to build up your skill level before going onto something more expensive. I definitely improved my skills with this copter. Hope this info helps others.

Crashed first time using take off control ordered parts will try again in spring

This little thing is a good time, easy to fly even for beginners but you must have an open space. we have crashed this thing several times, and I mean like bad crashes! Still haven't had to replace any propellers. It is very responsive and fast, it catches everyone's eye. Of course flight time is very short but with multiple batteries youll love it. I plan to buy a second one.

Do not buy this drone. it would only fly up and away. Drone did not respond to any commands! It only flew the way it wanted to. I was very lucky to recover it after an hour of searching.This drone is junk. Thank you trump for pi....off yet another country

Lots of fun...its very light so if its windy or even a small breeze will kill the fun but other than that!!! lots of fun for a beginner ....also helps to have the extra battery
