In the excitement of finding a toy that actually looked like a rattlesnake, I did not review the details thoroughly. Bad on me. Disappointment upon shipment arrival, etc.- Product itself: Not terrible. A close scaled down replica of a rattlesnake. The detail to coloring and pattern was not too bad. Just bummed at myself for paying the literal and figurative price for this replica.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Yep - way smaller than expected and waaaayyy too much $$$ for this product.

The snake is smaller than my pinky finger if that gives you any idea of how small it is. I was not happy at all could barely see it. I have purchased many items from amazon and for many years and this is my first bad review.

I was trying to get something realistic to teach my child to look out for rattlesnakes, it’s super realistic but the dimensions are NOT right in the description, it’s skinnier that a pencil and only about three inches long.

Its about the size of a earth worm. Save your money..

I got it to give my grandson. If I knew it was as small as it was, I would not have bought it.

I admit I simply went by the photos instead of looking at the dimensions, so I only have myself to hold accountable for the size of this product. On the pro side, the snake is highly detailed, with a little rattle and even fangs. However, its so small it is about the size of an earthworm, so they only thing that would be frightened by it would be a bug or maybe a Keebler Elf. That aside, I liked it so much because of the detail I decided to keep it as a sort of good luck charm for my truck. Its tiny, so if you are buying it for something requiring a full size replica, forget it. But otherwise it is a coll and highly detailed nine dollar plastic toy.
