I’m not sure what I expected but these are hard as rocks. I ended up putting them in hot water for ginger tea. Flavor was strong after 15 minutes and made a decent cup of tea.

I like the quality of the product. It has the sun-dried sweetness and makes the energy of the ginger more focused in the digestive system. This is the best sun-dried ginger I have boughten so far.

This tea is just ok. I rinse the dried particles before placing it in my cup. It tastes good, but you have to use a lot in the cup to get the flavor to come through. The taste was a bit earthy until I started rinsing the dried ginger before steeping to make tea. I probably would order again. You do not get a whole lot for the price.

The ginger has a good fresh flavor. However, I noticed there were some pieces that had spots of mold.The pieces weren’t fully dried. I dehydrated them further & discarded any questionable bits. I’m using the rest & they’re fine.I don’t think I’d purchase them again. But at least I was able to avoid the hassle of returning them.
