Perfect cold hot
The quality of the potatoes is consistent and pretty good. They taste good. They are soft without being mushy. They varies in size but not the point where it becomes an inconvenience. They can be used either directly from the can in a salad or warmed up in a prepared dished. Personally I love them either oven roasted in duck fat or sauté with a D’Aucy can of haricots vert (green beans) with butter and garlic. Easiest way to cook them in Lurpark Garlic butter in a pan.
