I purchased a size XL in the grey. I wanted black but they were out of stock. They are a roomy fit and a bit on the long side but will work for me since they have a cuff and snap at the ankle which will keep them from dragging and me tripping on them. I'm 5'3" and weigh 155 lbs. I purchased because I will be having knee replacement surgery and will need to have access for the ice pack. They seem to have laundered just fine.

Injury recovery

These are by far absolutely the best thing if you have a broken leg, knee surgery or ankle injury! Every time you have an appointment whether it’s Doc follow up or physical therapy they all want to see the wound so you just open the snaps needed and TaDa you aren’t naked! And plus if you are taking care of an elderly relative they work great for their toileting needs while providing a decorum of dignity.

I've generally liked other Baleaf items, but this one was a miss for me. I know the description specifies "baggy," but I was absolutely swimming in these despite ordering according to the size chart. If you're just wearing these for a bit before/after sports, they're probably fine, but the snaps are so widely spaced that you WILL feel a draft when you move or if it's cold, and you get large gaps when you sit. For folks looking for something post-surgery, you'll definitely want to wear shorts underneath (or run the risk of exhibitionism).

I had surgery for a leg fracture and cannot get pants on or off in the traditional way. These have been a lifesaver! The pockets are particularly helpful. They run big. I'm 5'0" and 100 lbs. Small was too big, but extra-small fits perfectly, including over my (very) large brace.

My daughters is in high school and she was going to have knee surgery. I looked everywhere for a pair of pants that would would be able to come home in that would fit over her knee brace and every doctors appointment afterwards. These pants worked perfect. I love them. She loves them and she even got another other colors. Recommend
