I like this system and am very happy with it. However, when using the white tabs that you attach labels to for hanging folders, I wish the top of the tabs angled back a little bit rather than being vertical to the hanging file. This would make it easier to read the front of the label when files are close together as the top of the tabs only have a color or white. The labels are awesome for file folders. This description may be confusing if you haven't really looked into this system. I like it well enough, though, that it is now my go-to system to use despite my small complaint.

Been using this Smead labeling system for a couple of years now. Great system. Allows me to color code my hanging file folders as well as color coding the labels on my folders. Makes it easy to find the right folder.

Used the old product that was only black and white

I have switched all my file folders to this type of tab. Easy to do. More room for specifics on label. Easy to see with variable colors, type styles and sizes.

I preferred the old version - this newer version doesn't give as many options.Although for people who want to color code, I can see that you might like it.But for easy viewing tabs in your lateral files, without having the finger through them all, this is the way to go. I buy and bring to all the jobs I've worked in.
