OHHHHHHHHHHH..i love this little machine..it makes enough for 2 .. its perfect. i set it just before supper or lunch (or bedtime) and 1.5 hour i have soft ice cream or sorbet.. the machine itself is small..compact enough that you don't need a ton of space for it.. although, we like a sundae, favorite dessert, so it hasn't left the counter. My partner has developed an addiction to this fresh ice cream and cinnamon toast. Its easy to clean and no extra parts.. the freezer bowl is built in, and a paddle. That is.s it.. cleanup is a breeze. Really..its sooooo different than commercial ice cream..you will have to try it to see.. When you make it, there are no additives..just pure cold ice cream. I haven't made the hard ice cream yet as we both like the soft and sorbet.

I have only used the machine once. It takes more experimenting with a product before being able to give an honest opinion.Had I been aware that the maker was so small I probably would not have gotten it. It barely holds 1 cup of liquid. The recipe book that comes with it calls for measurements totally 3 to 4 cups of liquid with the addition of other ingredients.I was going to send it back, but my husband suggested keeping it for the two of us.

Highly disappointing,and i had high hopes. I got the machine on a Tuesday after work and Thursday went all out with ingredients and fun stuff to use. Item arrived well packaged and seemingly undamaged, however after following instructions i found that the paddle doesn't spin. Machine arrived and all it is is one big freezing bowl.... I am returning the machine but out the money for the ingredients to make the ice cream, fantastic... I hope others had better luck

Love this product. It's definitely worth buying, but the chamber is really small and can only fit 1.5 cups of liquid inside it (Which expands to 1.5 pints, or 3 cups, of ice cream). The three lines inside the container are 1/2 cup increments. The chamber isn't removable, so it has to be cleaned over the sink, which isn't too much of a hassle, because the entire front side is completely sealed, which leaves a decent amount of space to pour out the dirty cleaning water.The machine also comes with it's own ice cream scoop, a set of measuring spoons, a measuring cup that looks like the cup from liquid detergent, and a silicone spatula. It's should be noted not to use a metal ice cream scoop, as that will damage the finish inside the chamber.The recipes that this comes with this are too large to make inside the chamber in one go. I made the recipe, stored it in a container with a pour spout, then placed the container in the refrigerator. Definitely cuts down on fridge space, because I don't have to pre-freeze the bowl.I do know that Gourmia has larger sizes than this, but they're also more pricey. However, I think it would be worth it.

Too noisey.

We love our little ice cream maker. The machine is on the small size, which we like, and makes 1.5 pints of ice cream. This is not a large amount but it is perfect for 2 people. My husband and I can get 4 servings out of one batch.The different flavors and creations you can make are endless. We bought some coffee extract and chocolate covered coffee beans for today's flavor. Our last batch included, vanilla and almond extract with walnuts was incredibly good!The base ingredients are simple; milk, heavy cream, sugar, salt. It's easy to clean and it takes 1-2 hours for it to make the ice cream.
