It has the two usual pockets of course. Then it has one pocket on the left arm (from the perspective of wearing it). It's actually a pretty deep pocket too. There's also the chest pocket, which can be seen in most of the pictures. And lastly, there's the the pocket on the inside of the lower left side (from the perspective of wearing it). Now, the giant Samsung Galaxy S21+ Ultra 5G, and many other cell phones, are roughly 6 inches by 3 inches, and they WILL indeed fit, in every single pocket, EXCEPT, the one on the inside. It was close, but did not quite fit that inside pocket. I did have a case on it though, so it might be possible without a case. I believe it's measurement is around 7" long by 5" high. Definitely a quality coat that should get anyone through the winters in the deep south. Yeah, they are short, but I've lived up north a lot too, and there's just something about below freezing temperatures when it's humid. The chill just gets into your bones and stays with you. Sadly though, I'm sure it gets cold enough long enough down here anymore to warrant getting a jacket like this... In my opinion though, it's a really good coat, not a jacket.

Very comfortable to wear. nice fur lined hood. warm enough for a cooler day as it has a bit of insulation unlike most rain coats. this is more of a light winter coat than a raincoat with the addition of being water resistant. I dont think it will be warm enough for a winter in new England but anything above the freezing mark should be fine. zipper works well, no loose threads or missed stitches, all in all a well built and put together jacket that i expect a long use window from

This jacket is nice and comparable to the Columbia brand in quality. This would make a good cold weather hiking jacket or something to just wear around town but I’m not sure you well it would hold up to multiple ski trips. If your looking for a budget outdoor cold weather jacket this would do the job, Anything mor than that I would recommend a more popular and tested brand.

It’s definitely not waterproof. The coating on the the outer fabric might be water resistant, but quickly became saturated on a trip from the house to the garage. The outer fabric is also very lightweight, and easily got caught in the zipper unless I was very careful. The lining is fake fur, which is a lot bulkier than a Dacron filling, doesn’t work anywhere near as well, and is an odd thing to put in a winter coat designed to outdoor activities these days. Size runs small- every coat I have is an XL, and this is the only one that doesn’t fit. It’s also very short for an XL. I’m 6’2”, and this barely reaches my waist. It’s cheap- but not cheap enough to make up for these deficiencies. Not recommended.
