Great for split cables
Bought to bridge the rear garage power lead to the front works really well. But make sure the plugs do not have surge protection they seem to be a bit funny with it.

A bit bulky
They did they job but they didn't feel well-made and were very large considering what they are.I bought a couple of in-line waterproof barrel connectors at the same time. They were much better, waterproof and about the same price.
