GameKlip Universal Mount for Cellphones - Retail Packaging - Black

The adhesive strip is incredibly sticky. I attached a note 3 to it and have had this product for months I take it to work almost everyday and suprisingly it hasnt cracked chipped away any peices or came unglued @ all. My only complaint is the OTG cable is very short and puts a small strain on my note 3 plug in which worries me but still after at least 6months ive had no trouble. It works great with emulators and some google play games. Everyone loves this when they see me using it. But I would like to see a newer version for playstation 4 controllers

Awesome. Got a $5 case for my Galaxy S5 and hooked this up with no issues.Pros:- Comes with OTG cable of perfect length- 3M adhesive strip is very solid; once you attach your case it is not coming off- $15 seems like a steal to me- Mounts firmly to controller (however, this causes my worry in the Cons below)Cons:- Rigid plastic construction makes me wary of taking it on and off my controller because I'm worried it will snap. If it were to snap I would not only need to get a new GameKlip but another case as well. Because of how firmly it mounts to a PS3 controller (a Pro), it feels like a risk to take it off because of the rigid plastic. I have resigned to dedicating that controller to my phone.Since the price is good and I have not confirmed the plastic will snap, I still think it's worth 5 stars. Plus, people think it is really cool. I also recommend buying the $3.50 FPse PS1 emulator on Google Play.

Originally, this item was purchased for the LG-G2 phone I got as a free upgrade since my iPhone 5 finally quit working. I wasn't looking close enough at the description and when I noticed it didn't actually have a mount that would hold onto your phone I was disappointed.It's suggested you dedicate a "spare phone case" to use the 3M double sided tape to permanently join the case to the holder.Because I just got the phone and didn't want to spend anymore money after paying $8.99 for overnight shipping, it just sits in the box right now.On the plus side, I will say that with iOS7 and the MFi controllers, it is possible (with a jailbreak) to sync the PS3/PS4/Wii controllers to your iPhone/iPad and use this mount.I have synced up my niblings iPad Mini's to some spare PS3 controllers and they love playing games on them now, most especially at night when they are supposed to be sleeping.For more information on all that look for the Cydia App "Controllers For All" best 3$ ever spent. I just wish Apple would allow native syncing of the PS3 or other Bluetooth controllers, for now you must rely on a jailbreak.Here's to hoping the iPhone 6 will get a jailbreak a few months after release because those 100$ MFi controllers right now are cheap plastic and terrible.

Worked as intended. I used it control my Parrot AR.Drone with the AR.Pro android app. It definitely worked.The only issue is now that I want to give it away to someone, there is a case that fits only my specific phone permanently attached to the GameKlip. I could pull it off, but then they'd have to buy a new case for their phone and superglue or somehow affix it over the adhesive pad. An adjustable bracket would have been a much more functional way to secure the phone and wouldn't have required the use of a permanent adhesive or a dedicated cell phone case,

This product is an adhesive. Basically, you have to permanently glue it to your phone or phone case. This is a horrible solution. Product sucks...

Worked okay for a bit, but the sticky material that holds your device dries and wears out pretty quickly, and your device will stop sticking and fall off of it as a result.

Showed up on time. hooked to my controller easy and is a tight fit. i am afraid if i try to remove it, it will break though. still waiting for the phone case i ordered to show up. the industrial tape it uses to bond to a case is VERY strong. i tried this little universal phone grabber thing i had and it connected well, but the grabber itself was too bulky so i have to work it off of the tape for like an hour to make sure i could save the tape. i did and put the wax paper strip back on. now im waiting for a case. Still, the game clip itself is great. would and will buy again. does include otg cable for synching controller.

This was pretty simple and effective for mobile gaming. The quality was pretty good and I never had any issues. It's universal in the sense that you just have to mate it with double sided tap to any phone cover/case you have. At the time, I was using it with an HTC M8. I now use it with my LG G3 phone.

Habe meinen Note 1 dran geklebt. Man muss aber aufpassen in welche Richtung man das dreht, manche Games stehen sonst kopfüber. Ansonsten den Note mit Framaroot.apk in 2 Min. gerootet, gepaired und man kann zocken während man am USB-Port lädt. Die Controller App kann Touchscreen Eingabe emulieren und jeweilige Profile erstellen. Einfach Screenshot machen und die Tasten auf passende Plätze ziehen. Damit sind dann 95% aller Games mit Gamepad spielbar.

If you play games on an Xperia Z, this and a PS3 controller are essential items to complete the experience. None of the bluetooth gamepads I have tried in the past are anywhere near as responsive and tactile as the PS3 pad, and this GameKlip will connect your device to it securely.Can't fault it. Price may be a little high for a what is effectively a small chunk of plastic but it was a price I was willing to pay NFS Most Wanted and San Andreas as they were meant to be played..

Very useful! I could build my diy Nvidia Shield. The quality is top and the glue incredibly reliable. Just a bit expensive.
