Works beautifully on our hardwoods; so much better than the hardwood attachment in the past. I bought the attachment because it’s quick and easy to switch out with my carpet cleaner head. Love it!

I love these vacuum heads for my Dyson V11, the fluffy one is good on my vinyl floor and the other head is great for my carpets! What a deal 2 interchangeable rollers that are so easy too use! Great price too!

The light feature is great since it reveals any particle on the floor. The suction power is not as good as the original but having two different brushes make up for it.

worth every penny

I was really excited about the ability to change rollers, which is super easy and helps with cleaning them as well. However, when I tried to vacuum my rugs, it didn't seem to catch as much sand and debris as I was used to from the original Dyson cleaner head. In the end, you get a cheaper alternative that does a halfway decent job, but it's not up to Dyson standards.Update: Upon closer inspection I realized that this thing is way more open in the front and around the rollers than the original Dyson cleaner head. This explains the reduced suction.Update 2: Stopped working after a few weeks.

The hardwood floor roller works ok but is spotted going through dust. Leaves lines. The beater brush does seem to beat the dust up from carpet but the suction doesn't pull in the dirt. It doesn't have enough weight to hold it self to the floor tight enough. The rollers are less in diameter making them lighter. The lights are useless. You get more lumens out of a lit match. The seller was great but the product I would not buy again. Its cheaper then the original by 4xs but it may as well be free. It doesn't perform.

Better than authentic!

Vacuum doesnt 'suck' without being on High power/spins but doesn't work well using "regular" suction (this is using the hard plastic roller, on hardwood floor). I returned, will just buy the real replacement part. If you're fine with using the high power suction, it's a good value/purchase.That said, rolling function is really smooth.I ordered the v7 / v8 size. The v8 size fits perfectly on the v8 dyson animal cordless vacuum.
