Q: Can the key be removed when the door is locked?

I have not had my installed as of yet. But, it sure better. That is the point of my purchase.

Q: Do you have routing templates? I’m trying to determine exactly how big the pockets should be that I route in the door.

Unfortunately, no templates are included from the manufacturer, just measurements. Huge pain in the neck, and took way longer that it should have because of that.
