iPhone SE Case NEW 2020, iPhone 8 Bumper Case, iPhone 7 Case, RANVOO Slim Minimalist Edge Protection Bumper With Aluminum Frame and Premium Soft TPU Inner [GUARDIAN Series] Case for Apple SE2/8/7

The RANVOO metal bumper case had great reviews and was suggested to me by friend, so I decided to check it out. I am very happy with my purchase and I think this is a great budget friendly option for someone who wants minimal protection but doesn't want a full case, and who doesn't want to spend a lot of money on something like the Rhinosheild Bumper guard. This case has a very minimalistic design and allows you to show off your brand new iPhone 7. The back and the front are exposed so you will have to be careful not to drop your phone while it is in this bumper. There is a raised bezel around the camera which allows you to safely place your phone down on the back and not have to worry about your camera getting scratched. The front bezels are somewhat raised and does give very little protection to your front screen, for those who like to place their phones down on the screen side. I do have a screen protector on my phone so that could be the reason why the bezels are raised very high. Even with the screen protector there is a tiny lit on the bumper. The aluminum metal makes the bumper feel very premium when it is on your phone and gives you a really good grip. I must say it does feel good in your hand while your holding your phone. The buttons are easy to click and give you a nice textile feedback. All the cutouts are accurate and perfectly matched to all the ports. I would highly recommend this case to someone who doesn't like cases but still won't a little protection. This bumper case is for the minimalist and would be perfect for those of you wanting to show off your phone.

I’ve had Otterbox Defender cases and many others. My favorites have been these simple “bumper” cases because they add almost no weight or bulk but provide protection against drops and unclean surfaces. Most recent iPhones have pretty good water resistance so unless you’re swimming with it or spending time in a rainy outdoor or really rough environment (a shop or construction site) a bumper is probably all you need. Add a simple screen cover film if you’re worried about scratches or just keep it out of your purse where your keys or similar objects will rub against it.This bumper case fits my new iPhone 7 perfectly. It’s very easy to install, a little harder to remove. This case is metal-reinforced which the manufacturer claims also improves antenna performance. I read a few reviews claiming the bumper interfered with antenna performance. My tests indicate that it has no effect on cellular, Wi-Fi, or bluetooth signal strength.The price was OK and the case is exactly what I was looking for. As long as it lasts a few years and stands up to being removed and reinstalled a few times each year, I’ll continue to be happy with this purchase.

This case is sleek, adding good protection to your phone without too much bulk, many people think the phone is naked as you can barely notice the bumper. It allows the iPhone to show all it goodies in the front and in the back. The buttons are also well made and good quality, and the mixed use of aluminium and silicone makes it very easy to put it on and take it off. The camera protection lid works pretty well but notice that it prevents the phone to be flat on a surface, not that much and not a big issue for me but keep it in mindHowever I have a few issues with the case: First the painting is very and I mean VERY slippery, it will fly out of your hands more often than not. I think they should have used a more powdery finish or rough the painting up a bit. It is way more slippery than the iPhone metal frame and even way more slippery than glass. Add a bit of sweat and it is like holding a bar of soap, you have to tighten your grip mightily to keep the phone in your hand. Second, the aluminium is very soft and it will bend and deform with each impact, peeling the paint away and losing its shape. A medium fall will make it not to fit your phone anymore the way it was when taken out of the box, there will be some gaps between the phone and the case. It can also interfere with the Lightning port, you will have to work on the case to make it fit again, even if as said it won't fit like it did while new. I guess I should be happy that the case took the brunt of the fall and not the phone but if with every fall the case will lose its shape to a point you may need a new one is kind of expensiveBut overall I can say this case WILL protect your phone from those nasty corner hits, mine fell from about 5 feet on a marble floor and bumped around quite a bit. The case was bent to a point that I had to bring it back to shape again and the black paint chipped off a bit but the phone survived w/o any damage. A screen fall might be a different story but I don't think any bumper case will protect the phone from that

Exactly what I was hoping for. Excellent quality, easy to put on and remove, lightweight, sturdy, has all the necessary holes for ports, antennas, and primary and secondary microphones, and the camera is off the ground by a millimeter. Nothing is impeded in any way - signal, gps, call quality, and comoass are all unaffected. The matte black matches the iPhone 7 Plus's perfectly. At a glance you can't even tell it's there.Now that the iPhone 7 line is waterproof, I ditched the Lifeproof case and just use this bumper with a Zagg screen protector on the front and the back. Looks cool as hell and is totally protected. I already put it to the test on accident - I slipped on the ice on my stoop and my phone went flying and smashed into the concrete. The phone is flawless and this bumper has a few unnoticeable dings. Highly recommend

The slimmest and nicest bumper I’ve ever bought. I hate bulky cases so I always pair these bumpers with a real wood skin for the back panel on my iPhones. Helps maintain the design of the phone while being surprising protective of my phone. It looks sturdy, but my experience with these types of cases is they fall apart at about the 6 month mark. But they’re cheap enough that they’re worth rebuying again.

The phone doesn't feel any bulkier and the case simply feels like an extension of the phone, which I love. I've tried other aluminum cases and I found that there was always some kind of signal loss. This case, cell signal appears to be unaffected!
