My favorite effective cream
I have a condition called Dyshidrotic Eczema. It is most commonly treated by a Dermatologist with topical steroids and many other ointments, along with oral medications and occasionally injections. I've tried everything, seriously, EVERYTHING! But I finally decided to stop using steroids because they rarely helped and a couple of times, seemed to make my condition worse. While DE can affect the palms of hands and soles of feet, I only have it on my hands at this time. I was searching on Amazon for something mild to treat my dry, cracking, peeling and bleeding palms when I read about Salicylic Acid and how it helps skin repair itself. So in my search, I ran across this cream by Mesandy. The price was reasonable and I had tried just about everything else, so figured it was worth a shot.I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the container and found that it didn't have a strong odor, which is something I try to avoid. The cream is very light to the touch and a little goes a long way. After using it for several days, I noticed my hands were looking and feeling much better. I didn't expect it to cure my condition, and it hasn't, but it's made my life significantly better! My hands hurt less and as long as I keep reapplying the cream after washing them, I'm able to work and go about my day without the constant reminder of my condition.I tried CeraVe cream with salicylic acid, but it burns like crazy. The Mesandy has only burned when I have a deep split, and I've learned to apply antibiotic ointment first to help keep that from happening.I highly recommend this cream for any eczema or rash anywhere on your skin... It works for me and I love it!

1st PRODUCT THAT WORKS
I am hard on my feet, work a lot outdoors without shoes, get wet dry, cold warm. And then, there is the winter. I get dead skin buildup that I sometime use a power sander to remove. When the dry skin cracks, it opens the living skin underneath which is painful, bleeds and will not heal without a lot of goo inside socks while I sleep. Tried lots of products, asked doctors and googled for answers. This cream is the first thing that has worked. I still have to apply it nearly every night and wear socks to bed, but the misery is gone. This cream is thin and seems to be readily absorbed unlike the never-drying gloppy products I have used over the years. The cracking into the living flesh is gone and the pain and bleeding. 40% Urea is what it says and it seems like that's what I need.I read Amazon reviews of other creams and the 1 stars seemed to have consistent complaints about quality control and effectiveness. These folks have a nice product and seem to be putting good stuff in it. It's a small container and I just ordered a second jar. Probably get a month to two months out of a jar, and it's worth it to buy it the rest of my life 'cause the dry skin is that bad.I put it on---not that much and it soaks in. I put on some thin cotton socks and it the morning, there is no residual greasy buildup. I still use a grater-like tool to remove dead skin, but it's nowhere as bad as it used to be. Doesn't have a perfume smell or even any smell I notice.

Works great at a great price!
The moisturizer + urea is a daily help for dry skin on my feet. It keeps my feet soft & healthy. The product works great even in the dry, desert air where I live. Thankfully it has less odor than many competing Brad's too. I highly recommend it!

Works!
This review is captured as part of a promotion. It is unbiased and very positive because I like the product.I have no idea how to compare 40% urea creams. The podiatrist prescribed such a cream for my dry feet, but queue the American insurance system ... the request went into a black hole. He also suggested I could buy such product over the counter at the pharmacy. The local pharmacy did not have it (they were busy arguing with the insurance company about the prescription, I suppose) but Amazon did.The cream is fairly odorless to me. It is soothing and moisturizing. It dries nicely on the feet. I used it on a bad sunburn -- Grand Canyon sunscreen application failure -- and the skin cleared up very nicely to my surprise. Perhaps that's the aloe.My feet are not cleared up by using this cream. I'd gone through a couple of tubes of antifungal, so the podiatrist was pretty sure the fungus was dead. Nonetheless, after a few months of Mesandy, the dryness persists, but it is so much better than it was. That's what I needed. Don't expect miracles. The product works.

This product absolutely works!
After living in Florida for many years and wearing sandals year round, my feet, especially my toes, were tough and crusty. I ordered this cream and within days I noticed a remarkable improvement in my skin. The roughness gradually went away, the skin softened, and all the crusty spots disappeared. I had tried other creams and lotions in the past, but none did the job. The scent of this cream is not really an issue. It's very slightly medicinal, but considering I was using it on my feet, it was not bothersome. Good product!

Great product. Works as advertised.
I have extremely dry, cracked feet. I’ve used Gold Bond and a couple other things, but this is so much better. It goes on easily, isn’t greasy, and has a pleasant smell. But what’s most important is that it works! The cracking and peeling was reduced in a matter of days. My doctor noticed the difference and told me to keep using it.

No gate keeping here, this cream is amazing
Arrived quickly. Minimal packaging. Easy application. Not sticky, nor tacky. Spreads well so not allot needed, therefore, will last a fair while. Absorbs well. No fragrance, nor chemical smell. Skin can still breath after use, super soft and smooth skin. Combats dry and tired skin effectively and promptly, leaving skin feeling hydrated and moisturised. This cream is packed full of active ingredients to pack a punch and generally aiding good skin health. Really is a whole lot of goodness packed into one tub. Would highly recommend.

Soaks in to the skin well
I apply the cream dail, but only need a small amount to spread over both my feet. The cream definitely softens the very dry skin around the edge of both my feet and heels.

good foot moisturizer
Does moisturize the skin on feet, but didn't seem to soften the calluses as well as I would have wished. I was expecting more from 40% Urea cream, and 2% salicylic acid.

Works great for cracked feet
The cream is very soft and I have knocked over the jar a couple of times and spilled the cream. A dispenser of some sort would be an improvement.

The best foot cream ever
The media could not be loaded. I have always had calluses and dry cracked feet so I have tried loads of urea based foot cream (ureadin podos, ureadin 20, flexitol heel balm, etc). They were ok, but 20% urea is the best you can get in pharmacies and grocery stores. This 40% urea cream excels anything I have ever tried. After a single overnight use (I massaged my feet with the cream and put soft socks on, like I usually do with other products), the hard callus I have under my big toe was as smooth as it’s ever been and I had absolutely no cracks on my heels. I’m hoping this will save me a fortune in podiatrist visits. The scent is very discrete and ingredients are mostly natural extracts and oils, with no propylene glycol and other allergenic emollients omnipresent in foot creams. Like I said, I’ve only used it once, but results are the same as a couple of weeks worth of very expensive Ureadin products. Don’t know how it will be in long term use (might not be appropriate for everyday use) but as a one off I can’t recommend it enough.
