Effective supplement
I love to exercise and keep myself fit. That's why I tried this V Vitamini's advanced testosterone capsules. This food supplement is made for men, with one bottle containing 60 capsules. It has Tribulus Terrestris, which is considered a symbol of strength since it can grow in harsh, inhospitable climates. It also has maca root from the Andes mountains in Peru, which is highly nutritious and used by local tribes for thousands of years. The supplement also has fenugreek seed, a potent ancient herb, and Avena sativa, also known as oat straw. There are other very nutritious ingredients in this food supplement including Ginkgo Biloba and black pepper extract.I have used a variety of supplements over the years, but this one contains many great ingredients that helps improve my energy and strength. I also noticed that while this does make me energetic in the morning, it has also made me sleep better at nights. I've only been taking this supplement for about a week, and I've been noticing results already. The only thing I don't like is the strong smell upon opening the bottle.Overall, I like this supplement, it is a fair price for a 2-month supply and is effective, so I don't mind the capsules' smell.

Its Okay
As men age, their testosterone levels drop which can lead to a variety of problems. Keeping the T levels at optimal levels should be encouraged as it can stop some major issues associated with ageing and lower testosterone, cropping up.As someone who has been involved in the supplement business for many years, I usually suggest a dose of Tribulus. The problem with Tribulus in the UK is finding a potent and standardised product with a good quality active ingredient. The only one I trust is one made by Sophapharma and is made in Bulgaria to a pharmaceutical standard. Sadly this is no longer available in the UK (thank you Brexit). D Aspartic Acid is also very good at stimulating T, but it can lead to stomach cramping in those with IBS type problems. Fenugreek is excellent and it has a great dual effect at keeping Blood Sugars regulated, so for anyone with T2 Diabetes, fenugreek is a great addition. Panax Ginseng is also a good product to stimulate T.This product contains most of the ingredients I would want in a good T product including Fenugreek, Tribulus, Maca, Avena Sativa, and Ginko. It also contains garlic and watercress. So does it work? If you take this on a daily basis you should feel something. It took about 4 days for me to feel any effect. The problem is if you take a good multivitamin and some Tribulus, you will get the same effect and it is a lot cheaper. I am therefore not sold on this products Price/Effectiveness. I would buy Tribulus, DAA and a good Multi Vit over this product.

Has true potential to work for some
If you know what you’re buying and understanding how foods and herbs may/may not work, these are worth a try. Most of the ingredients are well documented or known to improve blood flow as well as providing some anti-oxidants, namely garlic, ginkgo, co-enzyme q10. I read quite a lot that maca and fenugreek to help with male libido, so I’m presuming they may in turn effect/increase testosterone production, may. Tibullus apparently has the same effect, which I have tried in the past with lack lustre results. For me this concoction did have an effect of some sort, perhaps a placebo to some point but I definitely felt more extended energy when in the gym, with this being the only supplement taken before gym.I’m use to all manner of herbs and spices, I empty the capsule into warm water mix and drink. Yes it does taste “different” but I don’t mind.Personally, I think the matrix of ingredients used is useful and worth a punt, if not for the intended it has other health benefits, garlic anyone?

Pleasant enough, ingredients seem a good range
It's hard with something like this to say how much it helps. There aren't 2 of me and a lab for a double blind study :)BUT - I've tried a couple of these supplements in the past. Ginkgo Biloba is famous as a supplement to help many things, and MAY help testosterone. Tribulus Terrestris and Maca are often available as a separate supplement you can buy for example in a well known UK high street supplement chain.By my maths (correct me if I'm wrong someone!) this supplement contains MORE than these individual supplements, that cost more, which seems a good deal?Q10 I'd heard of but thought that was more for heart health, though I see inconclusive studies to do with testosterone. All in all if my understanding of the ratios etc are correct, for the ones I've checked, this is a good deal compared to buying individual supplements, so if you believe they work, then I think this is worth a try. They are very easy to take and I had no ill effects.

These contain an excellent combination of ingredients.
I have used a variety of the ingredients contained within this product before, and have received what I consider to be notable benefits. However, I had not seen them combined in one capsule before, so I was intrigued enough to order a bottle and try them out. From my perspective, I would say these do make a difference - particularly in regard to my energy levels, yet I also sleep better - so that’s a win-win situation for me. I also think that these are reasonably priced, especially when you consider that you receive two months supply (60 capsules). As with all supplements, it’s sensible to seek medical advice before using them, which is particularly important if you are taking regular medication. The bottom line is that in my view, the quality and quantity of the ingredients in this product, together with the sensible price tag, makes it a supplement worth considering. Highly recommended.
