Works great!
The part is well made. The actual valve is ceramic, inside solid plastic. It moves easily and mixes/cuts off water smoothly and perfectly. The installation can be difficult, but that is not the fault of this part. It's removing the "dome" which has no flat spots for a wrench. Just use a pliers and scratch it up, if necessary. The dome is functionally superfluous and the new part works perfectly well under a scratched dome!

Worked for Me
The negative review(s) of this product put me off, but I wanted a Kohler OEM replacement cartridge for my leaking single handle kitchen faucet. This was the one specified by Kohler, so this is the one I bought. Installation a month ago took a couple of tries before I lined up the cartridge and seated the gasket properly. The water leak at the lever has stopped.

Easy to swap out once I figured out how to get to it
This was purchased as a replacement for the cartridge in a Kohler Worth Faucet. Once I figured out how to access the cartridge the swap out was done in less than five minutes. You will need something similar to the shower valve sockets to remove the nut that secures the cartridge into the faucet. I was proactively replacing it in two different faucets. Overall great product. Wish Kohler would do more for DIY videos on their website.

Make sure the gasket stays on the valve when installing
I installed the valve and the fixture leaked. I compared the new valve to the old valve and noticed that the gasket was missing from the new valve. I found it in the packaging.
