It's like any other protein product. If you put the work in on your strength training, extra protein in your diet may help to build muscle. Don't overdose on protein though. Your kidneys won't like it!

Q: Does this taste good? Looking for a sweet vanilla flavour vegan protein but they all taste of cinnamon and are gritty in texture.

I find protein powders repulsive in general but keep trying for a good one. This is the only one I didn’t just tolerate but actually like. Having said that it’s very powdery so I have to put it in a blender (even then it’s powdery) but taste-wise it’s the only likeable for me (strawberry flavour)

Q: Can this be used when on Keto diet?

ask google how many grams of carbs is the allowance for ketosis to set in and don't exceed it with your total carb intake, that includes the powder and your food. excess protein can be converted into carbs, so tred carefully there. when figuring out the carb allowance on the net look for the author's credentials and experience as I have seen varying degrees of carb allowance from as little as 48 gr to 150 grm per day. hope this helps.
